Hurricane Preparedness

As someone who’s always lived in hurricane country, I’ve been through enough hurricanes to feel like I can take care of myself and my family in the event of a storm.  I’ve just learned that the National MS Society has Hurricane Preparedness Guides.  What a terrific idea…and definitely well executed!  The North Carolina Resource Guide includes lists for survival kits, MS-specific medicine and care information, and county-by-county lists of useful phone numbers.  Hopefully, none of us will need to use this information, but it’s great to have a resource available.

North Carolina and South Carolina Resource Guides can be found here.
