I am an MS activist. I have to admit, I haven't thought of myself as an activist. Mindfulness
Mindfulness has been explained to me as being in the present moment. That's definitely something I need to work on. Far too often, my mind jumps to what I believe should be done next, or how I should be feeling, or how my life should be. Should, should, should. Legacy
I went to a funeral today for a young man who had dealt with health problems for over 20 years. I was moved to tears as family and friends talked about how inspirational he was.
