Leaky gut sounds gross, but it seems to be a hot topic lately. As I read more about, I get grossed out even more. I've been quiet here lately, because my MS most certainly has not been quiet. A few weeks ago, I had a major MS attack. It's only my 3rd major attack in the 13 years since I've been diagnosed, and only the 2nd major physical one since I was originally diagnosed while battling optic neuritis. So what happened? Well, I made it almost 47 years, before it finally happened. I had to get glasses. Not just readers, not just glasses to use at the computer, but real all-the-time glasses.
